A: Yes, we support OEM and ODM. Just share your drawing or sample, and our engineering team will assist with mold design and production.
Q: Are your glides suitable for all floor types?
A: Yes, our PTFE glides are designed to protect wood, tile, laminate, and vinyl floors, while allowing smooth and quiet movement.

Q: What material do you use for the PTFE layer?
A: We use high-purity PTFE material with strong wear resistance and low friction coefficient to ensure long-lasting performance.
Q: How do you control product quality?
A: All products undergo strict inspection during and after production, including adhesion, thickness, and friction tests. We follow ISO quality standards.
3. Samples & MOQ
Q: Can I get samples before placing an order?
A: Of course. We can send samples for quality evaluation; you only need to cover the shipping cost.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Normally 5,000–10,000 pieces per size, depending on the item. For trial orders, we can be flexible.
4. Pricing & Payment
Q: How do you quote your products?
A: Prices are based on material, size, and quantity. We’ll send you an official quotation after confirming your detailed requirements.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We usually accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). L/C and other terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.

Q: What’s your lead time?
A: Usually 20–30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on order quantity and season.
Q: Which shipping methods do you offer?
A: We work with reliable forwarders for sea, air, and express delivery. FOB, CIF, or DDP terms are available upon request.
